Physical Testing

40 T digital display type U.T.M is used to check tensile strength of various grades with Computerized.
3000 kg capacity brinnel hardness tester is employed to ensure the surface hardness.
Poldi hardness test used to ensure the surface hardness for hand molding casting.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Sand Testing

  • Full-fledged sand testing lab available & the following tests are done periodically
  • GCS, G.S.S, Compatibility, permeability, VM, LOI, Total day & Active day AFS of prepared sand & new sand, etc..
  • Mould hardness tester is used to check mould hardness for each item periodically.
